How do I know when my order ships?

Confirmation is send via email provided at check out, you can also track order with the SHOP app

How long until I receive my order?

Please allow 1-5 business days for processing, after that your order will be dropped off at USPS and sent first class mail, which can take up to 7 days for delivery

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order please contact Jadedbeauteco@gmail.com and explain why you would like to cancel. If your order has been shipped already it cannot be cancelled

Can I return an order?

Unfortunately all sales are final after delivery. No exchanges, no returns, no refunds, no exceptions 

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes we do! When checking out please choose local pick up option, a notification will be sent when your order is ready for pick up!
